Privacy and data handling
ATA collects only the information reasonably required to review, research, verify, coordinate, and follow up on meeting requests and related enquiries.
What we collect
Submitted forms may include identity, company, contact, location, scheduling, and requirement information. Internal operations data may also include verification notes, meeting notes, and follow-up records.
How we use it
ATA uses submitted information to assess requests, identify relevant organisations, conduct outreach where appropriate, coordinate meetings, prepare briefs, and support follow-up.
What we do not do
ATA does not operate a public directory of client submissions, does not publish private request data, and does not use submission data for unrelated public marketing disclosures.
